Title: Parts Sales Representative
Location: Fully Onsite in Manheim, PA
Duration: Permanent Work/Direct Hire but it is an hourly wages role
Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, permanent position with benefits
Purpose:
The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories within the parts department. This role also includes in-store customer service, promoting the organization, and maintaining stock.

Pay Range: $19/hr to - $22/hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Purpose:
The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories within the parts department. This role also includes in-store customer service, promoting the organization, and maintaining stock.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products/services to meet customer needs.
- Project a positive image of the company in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Provide Service Technicians with necessary parts.
- Verify and receipt incoming parts shipments accurately.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department.
- Follow up on parts shortages and expedite issues as needed.
- Organize stock-ordered parts in assigned bin locations in a timely manner.
- Assist in showroom merchandising and inventory delivery.
- Support the maintenance of departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Participate in loading and unloading trucks.
- Take ownership of assigned duties as designated by the supervisor.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural and lawn equipment parts and machinery.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to use computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
