The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trucking industry, heavy-duty trucks, and body shops. With your exceptional skills in target accounts and prospecting, you will drive our sales and ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing and growing sales within existing customer base.
2. Prospecting and developing new business opportunities in the heavy-duty trucking industry.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
4. Presenting and selling company products to current and potential clients.
5. Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to reach sales targets and increase company revenue.
7. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market trends.
8. Conducting regular visits to clients and potential clients, promoting our premium quality parts, and negotiating sales contracts.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, you should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in parts sales, specifically within the trucking industry and heavy-duty trucks.
2. Proven experience in target accounts, prospecting, and relationship building.
3. A solid understanding of body shops and their requirements.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
8. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
