Benefits
Pay structure: $72,000 base (another 96,000$ max) between base and performance bonus
Pay: $72,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Job scope includes: Manage inventory, oversee operations and manage profit levels in parts inventory
In this role, you will be expected to accomplish objectives using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, and customer satisfaction KPI's
Forecasts goals and objectives for the department
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all parts department staff
Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department
Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the customers such as body shops, wholesale accounts and on line sales
Establishes pricing parameters in each customer category that generate enough gross profit to produce a satisfactory margins while maintaining customer loyalty, developing sales promotions as requested
Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover
Ensures that parts inventory turns the established number of times per year
Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence while supervising stock order procedures
Ensures that all parts are properly tagged and counted
Analyzes sales, expenses and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
Develops and administers proper wholesale parts program to produce profit
Ensures that the same high-quality level of service provided to all customers
Analyzes departmental operations and storage layout, revising as needed for maximum flow
Provides technical assistance to parts department employees
Coordinates a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork
Directs shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing
Monitors weekly reports sales productivity; develops and utilizes a lost sales tracking report
monitors all customer relationship efforts, including online sales program to keep in contact with customers
Develops, enforces and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Handles customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines
Ensures that all purchases are properly accounted for before payment is made
Assists in the collection of past-due accounts
Enforces safety requirements, including but not limited to forklift training and operation, processing of MSDS sheets on all products carried and OSHA Right-to-Know
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that may affect parts sales
