Parts Customer Service Representative - Reading Truck

About the Job
The Parts Customer Service Representative works directly with both internal and external customers and provides administrative support by entering orders, directing calls, performing order status queries and assisting with other customer-centric questions or requests.
The Nuts and Bolts
- Process orders as directed in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer department phone calls
- Respond to phone and e-mail inquiries regarding orders, delivery dates, general customer inquiries, etc.
- Direct callers to other departments or team members as appropriate
- Provide feedback and new ideas for improving the efficiency of the department as well as the overall Company
- Support other Customer Service Representatives as needed
- Update system records for customer master data
Required Credentials
- Minimum of 0-2 year of customer service experience - manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with large ERP (Order Entry) system preferred
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
