Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6:30am-5:00pm
Compensation: $25-30hr

About the role
- Maintain accurate inventory records of parts and materials, and order necessary items to replenish stock levels.
- Receive and process orders for parts and materials from various departments and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials, and track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inspect and verify the quality of incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet the necessary specifications and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that parts and materials are delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure that parts and materials are available for repair and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to identify cost savings opportunities and negotiate prices with vendors.
- Continually search for new vendors to assist in expediting of parts procurement.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure billing accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor"s degree in supply chain management.
- 2+ years of experience in parts coordination, inventory management, or related field.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Proficient with purchase order creation and tracking software.
The pay range for this role is:
25 - 30 USD per hour(Silver Creek Materials)
