Job Summary:
Idaho Forest Group is currently seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team.
Work with internal customers for the purchase of all materials, supplies, equipment and services used by Idaho Forest Group. Maintain proper inventory levels while managing set budget goals.
Essential Functions:
- Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules and regulations
- Updates work orders from Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as parts are received
- Work with Purchasing and Maintenance Manager on Maintenance Business Process (MBP)
- Ability to create and track Purchase Orders
- Check requisitions for appropriate approval and account numbers
- Will physically Receive in Goods to ensure proper supplies arrive, free of damages
- Ability to process RMA’s
- Product fulfillment in all stockrooms and rooms are labeled, identified and organized
- Performs weekly and monthly cycle counts
- Works closely with Finance Department on invoicing issues
- Generate and revise tags for inventory needs
- Ensure parts available for scheduled work with Maintenance Planner
- Keep working areas clean
- Consistently keep a production level work pace
- Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience
- Purchasing and parts background required
- Understanding of Inventory Management
- Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dynastar
- Good written and oral communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to quickly obtain one as a condition of employment)
- Valid Driver’s License is required
