REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Customer service experience required.
- Automotive Service Advisor/Consultant experience a plus
- Requires a working knowledge of automotive systems, replacement parts sales, and needs of repair professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Complete background, drug screening and driving record check.
- Likes to sell.
- Exceptional Attendance Record
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to submit to a pre-employment, random and probable cause, criminal background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and technicians to identify their parts needs.
- Tracking any incoming/outgoing parts for the dealership.
- Handling and reconciling parts money till.
- Packaging and shipping parts returns.
- Make sure all monies are collected on all parts before being shipped.
- Advises customers on necessary and/or suggested services.
- Communicates directly with customers on cost of parts.
- Keeps Parts Department Organized and clean.
