Parts analyst at ICONMA, LLC

• Working with DREs to ensure the Master Parts List (MPL) is accurate.
• Creating and maintaining the MPL in the mainframe system
• Leading the MPL reconciliation activities / completing work on time
• Being the trusted expert in the Engineering Change Request process
• Reacting appropriately to urgent requests
• Analyzing and resolving issues found in MPL audits.
• Ensuring engineering work orders are written correctly and according to process.
• Analyzing and interpreting highly complex engineering information from multiple sources
• Scheduling, maintaining, and communicating status of all deliverables.
• Keeping leader informed of status and issues.
• Analyzing complex data and making recommendations on difficult technical problems
• Participating in project teams aimed at improving process and quality.
• Keeping accurate records on work performed
• Maintaining good housekeeping and safety practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required – math degree would work well.
• A minimum of 0-2+ years industry experience outside of internships and Co-Ops.
