Within the organizational strategy solution, Korn Ferry Digital offers KF Listen and Profile Manager, sophisticated tools that align organizational objectives with talent management strategies. KF Listen captures employee feedback and engagement data, providing actionable insights to enhance organizational culture and performance. Profile Manager helps organizations create and manage success profiles, ensuring alignment between individual roles and strategic goals. The Partner Solution Architect ('PSA") role exists to provide focus and solution design support for integration of Korn IP and applications into partner solutions and platforms thereby helping organizations optimize their investment in Korn Ferry applications and partner platforms. The Partner Solution Architect is an expert in all aspects of Korn Ferry's Digital offerings and supporting services and works to ensure client needs are reflected in proposed solutions with partner platforms.
As a Partner Solution Architect, you will play a visible role in ideation and formal design of integration and packaged solutions ensuring that the firms IP and applications are positioned and optimized to align with complex needs expressed by clients and prospects. PSAs will work collaboratively with eternal partner teams, internally with product management, product development and delivery to ensure the completeness of any intended integration and/or packaged solution. The Partner Solution Architect will work in a matrixed environment and report directly to the Solution General Manager - Organization Strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of our IP, applications, related roadmaps, and commercial models.
- Direct interaction with clients and prospects to identify and/or validate business needs and determine how best integration and/or packaged solutions with partner platforms will satisfy such needs.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Korn Ferry when interacting with partner teams to ensure proposed integrations and/or packaged solutions create incremental value and market opportunity for both firms.
- Lead the design of compelling solutions that help clients/prospects see the value created when deploying Korn Ferry IP and applications inside of partner platforms.
- Engage with a wide range of internal and partner stakeholders when designing integrated solutions.
- Provide perspective on packaging and pricing of proposed integration and/or packaged solutions.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of partner platform, core functionalities, targeted economic buyers and value proposition.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams with members of the Sales, Product Management, Product Development and Delivery.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to 8 years of demonstrated experience working with Human Resources related applications and platforms; direct experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and/or Oracle is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the HR Technology marketplace and related trends.
- Demonstrated experience defining and validating business and functional requirements.
- Previous experience as a Solution Consultant, and/or Presales Consultant is desirable.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office is required.
