This position is responsible for realizing sales quotas in assigned districts on designated Henry Schein One products and services both in terms of total sales, leads, and partner solution providers.
The primary objective of this individual will be to support and lead a district consisting of multiple zones/regions to grow the overall sales of Henry Schein One products and services; as well as drive strategic initiatives. The selected individual will be expected to work and to be in regular and consistent communication with the ZGMs, RMs, and TSMs in their area/region.

The posted range for this position is $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 OTE (On Target Earnings). On target earnings includes the annual base pay as well as the on target annual bonus, which together represent the expected compensation range for this role. What you will do:
- Monitor, maintain, and follow up on sales activity and opportunity for Henry Schein One as directed by the Henry Schein One team, primarily larger opportunities that are in their district.
- Execute strategic plans for new sales opportunities to grow market share in designated areas as well as coach their partner channels to do the same.
- Spend meaningful time developing effective training and education platforms.
- Develop strategies to support Henry Schein One event attendance in their district.
- Educate partners in their area on any existing Henry Schein One products in detail about the service(s), pricing, temporary and ongoing promotions, etc., while guiding and developing partners to perform under the same expectations.
- Provide leadership for all team members within the district by working with TSMs in the field up to 3 days per week to attain training objectives, drive strategic initiatives, and field activity goals for the district.
- Communicate consistently with partner channel leadership.
- May be called upon to lead other special projects as well, as assigned by Henry Schein One Leadership.
- Manage and lead team members within the assigned partner channels by working with partners to attain training objectives, drive strategic initiatives, and activity goals.
- Communicates with Henry Schein One Sales Manager to initiate, track, and monitor strategic sales objectives and campaigns.
- Plan and manage successful projects, use available resources, develop timeline, budget, assign tasks and areas of responsibilities to direct reports.
- Influence, build relationships and manage conflict.
- Coach partners to improve sales effectiveness, including selling skills, territory management and relationship development with Henry Schein One sales contacts and partners.
- Communicate regularly with partners on performance and develop plans to improve performance of partnership.
- Communicate with Henry Schein One Sales leadership and partners to assist in lead development, sales activity, and follow up.
- Lead virtual team(s) to achieve company goals in creative and effective ways.
- Attend assigned dental events (Business development meetings, tradeshows, customer meetings, etc.) within partner assignment with purpose to train, coach, and push targeted sales results.
- Follow company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis.
- Perform all work-related tasks in a manner that is following all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
- Attend Corporate, national exclusive and regional meetings as required to assist in communicating and training EPS in attendance.
- Participate in special projects and perform assigned projects.
- Influence, build relationships and build partnerships at all levels within the company.
- Attract, retain, motivate, develop, and mentor team members for high performance.
- Manage a budget, ability to understand and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability.
- Cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations.
- Accept and complete other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Typically, 10 plus years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.
- Typically, bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing.
- One year or more of management experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of industry practices.
- Strong management and leadership skills and ability to lead virtual teams.
- Proven independent decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Proficient in Project management.
- Excellent communications / presentations / planning / organizational skills and ability.
- Phenomenal customer service and engagement skills.
- Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
- Internal motivation and the ability to meet assigned goals.
- Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities and multi-tasking.
- Technological savviness and the ability to learn new concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite.

- Master’s degree or global equivalent.
- Two or more industry certifications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Knowledge of CRM solutions.
