The Partner Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Partnerships team in managing relationships with consulting, implementation, and technology partners. This role ensures smooth operations and effective communication between the company and its partner ecosystem, while also providing internal organizational coordination and light administrative support to the internal partner organization. 

What you will do: 

• Partner Program Management 
  • Support and help facilitate alongside the Director of Partner Enablement the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring access to resources, training materials, and support, and logistics coordination.  
  • Maintain and update partner profiles, contact information, and relevant data in tools and/or systems such as CRM/PRM. 
  • Coordinate partner certification programs and provide ongoing support and tracking to ensure partners meet required competency levels. 
  • Support the development and implementation of partner programs, including incentives, marketing campaigns, and co-selling initiatives. 
  • Ensure adherence to partner program guidelines, policies, and contractual obligations. 
• Partner Communication and Support: 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to gather and disseminate relevant information to partners. 
  • Ensure and support sharing partner updates with internal teams 
  • Organize and help facilitate partner meetings, communications, and partner-accessible portals to share key Zilliant updates, best practices, support materials, and product roadmaps. 
  • Track, facilitate, and support executive business review cadence meetings with leadership from Zilliant and partners. 
  • Manage the partner portal and resources, ensuring partners have access to the latest sales and marketing collateral, technical documentation, and other necessary resources. 
• Partner Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, such as deal registrations, sales, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on partner performance, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities. 
  • Identify and escalate partner-related issues or risks to appropriate teams for resolution.  
• Internal Administrative Support: 
  • Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking, follow-up, status tracking. 
  • Manage organizational deadlines and ensure timely completion of partner team related tasks and deliverables. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Partnerships team as needed, such as tracking team calendars, tracking external events, internal meeting coordination.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and empathetically with internal teams and external partners. 
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive effectively. 
• Proficiency in using partner Salesforce, PRM systems, and related tools. 
• Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions and the technology industry, including driving requirements for new functionality 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve partner-related issues.
