Partner Marketing Manager
Our well-known Technology client is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join their team.
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr depending on location and experience
Location: 100% Remote - must be located in Los Angeles or New York City
Duration: 12 Months
Marketing Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner Management: Develop and manage partnerships to the community and equity work we champion
- Strategic Partnership + Activations Lead: Lead brand/program integration into internal and external partner events, activations. Includes managing partners relationship, event logistics, production, creator acquisition, talent management, guest experience and brand presence.
- Vendor Management: Lead vendor management, including diverse sourcing, briefs, scope, contract negotiation, legal assessments, payments, approvals, timelines, etc. for activations.
- XFN Collab: Collaborate internally with multiple stakeholders to ensure success of programs and lead on communications designed to inform, advocate and report on team initiatives.
- Social Channel Management: Handle social channel management, including creating/selecting and posting content, responding to comments/DMs, etc.
- Marketing Initiatives: Design, develop, execute and optimize marketing strategies and initiatives for program growth (e.g., social toolkits, newsletters, AYMT design, creator affiliate campaigns).
- Brand ID: Oversee brand identity and design guidelines are maintained across communications.
- Mitigate Risk: Identify risks and opportunities across projects and provide strategic recommendations on program design and activations to maximize opportunity and impact on culture programs.
- Advocacy: Advocate for scaling diverse creator representation in campaign and activation integrations.
- Measurement: Develop measurement strategy, metrics and analysis for marketing-led initiatives.
Marketing Program Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, online advertising, agency, operations or product/program management (creator agency experience preferred)
- 7+ years of experience working with diverse communities in marketing or sales
- Proven track record of driving success in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment
- Adept at leading through influence and driving clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Open, collaborative and self-driven team player with strong problem solving and project management skills, including stakeholder management and engagement
- Strong understanding of how to integrate multiple priorities and ensure strong outcomes for all stakeholders
- Proven communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels - skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions
- Knowledge of Meta products, advertising marketplace and ad products
- Hyper organized approached with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High level of motivation to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Entertainment, social media and influencer marketing
- Passion for Equity and Inclusion
