About the Role:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? In this dynamic, results-driven role, you'll spearhead the creation of strategic partnerships that will drive $1.2M–$1.5M in net-new bookings, laying the foundation for lasting success.

Here's what you'll dive into during your first 12 months:
- Create and execute a plan to increase net/net partner logos and named partner accounts.
- Build a partner enablement program which scales with the business and most importantly, empowers EnergyCAP partners to succeed.
- Drive $1.2M–$1.5M in new bookings by growing net-new logos and expanding named accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive $1.2M–$1.5M in new bookings by growing net-new logos and expanding named accounts.
- Learn, understand, and take ownership of our partner program; then create a best-in-class partner enablement program that delights our partners and scales with our business.
- Manage a 2-10-month full lifecycle sales process – prospecting through contract execution.
- Train the sales team on partner product and service offerings to drive referral sales.
- Develop and support promotional partner materials and program.
- Perform discovery and software feature demonstrations online and in person.
- Create and oversee marketing programs and outbound prospecting sales campaigns.
- Respond to questions and inquiries about EnergyCAP products and services.
- Document customer interactions using Salesforce.
- Represent the Company at trade shows and expos (35% travel).
- Collaborate with marketing on partner sales campaigns.
- Provide ongoing account management activities including sales and marketing support to partner.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in a partnership-oriented role within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally with $1M+ in annual bookings - you thrive in results-focused environments.
- Experience building, managing, or scaling partner programs, with a knack for creating win-win collaborations.
- Confident in explaining software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, in person and online.
- Self-starter who loves to build from the ground up. You're excited to own a program and see it grow.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills—building trust with partners is your superpower.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new challenges, tools, and sales processes. Comfortable managing complex, multi-month sales cycles.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create campaigns that drive partner engagement.
- Skilled in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track partner activities and sales metrics.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + variable
Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
