Salary: $215,000 - $300,000 per year

We are actively recruiting for an experienced corporate attorney to join our client's office locations in New York City, Los Angeles or remotely in another major market (potential to open new office location). The opportunity is with a mid-sized corporate firm dedicated to providing comprehensive business solutions to a wide range of domestic and international businesses seeking legal counsel for corporate transactional and litigation matters. This is an ideal role for an attorney with their own book of business who is seeking to grow, enhance and further develop their practice with great resources and additional support.
We are seeking attorneys with a portable book of business (300k minimum) focused on corporate transactional, complex commercial litigation, labor & employment, real estate, tax, intellectual property or trademark matters. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary (based on size of business), origination fees, annual bonuses and an allotted annual marketing budget to use at your discretion. Additional benefits include remote work flexibility, firm paid healthcare benefits, 401k with company contribution and PTO. There is no billable requirement for this role.
The firm is capable of handling matters of any scale, whether it involves straightforward entity formation or complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and approaches each case with a global business perspective and practical wisdom. Some of the firms current industries include:
