Description
As the Partner Development Manager for Exclaimer, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding distributor partnerships to drive sales of Exclaimer’s product suite within the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand relationships with distributor partnerships to foster growth and collaboration.
- Educate and empower distributor sales teams, providing assistance with opportunities as needed.
- Actively recruit new partners across the US.
- Contribute to the development of messaging and marketing strategies to enhance the Exclaimer brand's presence.
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing distributor performance monthly and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge across all Exclaimer products.
- Skillfully read your audience, lead conversations, and project confidence and expertise.
- Foster positive working relationships internally and externally.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with distributor contacts across all regions.
- Log, communicate, and forecast distributor opportunities accurately.
- Identify training needs for distributors and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Confidently engage distributor sales, marketing, and executive teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Prior experience working with US Distributors such as Pax8, Ingram Micro, TDSynnex, and Scansource.
- Proficient communication skills via phone or email.
- Ability to read and engage your audience effectively, projecting confidence and expertise.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Capable of asking probing questions in a conversational manner.
- Positive attitude and demeanor.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and addressing individual issues.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Preferred familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace products.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in time management and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within a team.
- High attention to detail and quick learning ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Slack.
- Reliable with consistent attendance.

NOTE: We work flexibly at Exclaimer (choose a work from home/office arrangement that suits you!). Some meetings and planning sessions would be in either our Farnborough or London office so some travel/in office attendance preferred.
