MuleSoft's unique position helps our Strategic Consulting Partners and Service Partners deliver on their clients' digital transformation, cloud migration, mobile, big data, and IOT initiatives.
The Partner Advisory Account Manager role will be responsible for helping both new and existing consulting partners develop and grow a thriving MuleSoft practice within their current capabilities and capacity. This role will include taking part in strategic conversations around the partners' Go-To-Market business plans, as well as, helping Partners graduate to higher levels within the MuleSoft Partner Ecosystem. You will be a coach, you will inspire, and you will help our Partners grow their MuleSoft practice utilizing the entire cross-functional MuleSoft team. The key to this role will be to quickly understand the partners' business and aligning on key opportunities for revenue.
As a successful candidate, you will have an understanding of Alliances and Channels and/or have worked in Consulting previously. You can successfully manage multiple Partners and have the ability to coach them on best practices. This includes being able to influence Partners to capitalize on market and industry opportunities. You have the ability to craft a clear vision for driving growth within your set of Partners and can ensure success through stakeholder alignment, Go-To-Market planning, internal cross-functional collaboration, and innovating within to enhance current processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate across the Alliances and Channels team (inclusive of Partner Recruit, Partner Sales, Partner Enablement, etc.) to build Partner strategy and business plans
+ Act as a coach and advisor to our consulting Partner ecosystem on areas of development, industry-focused value alignment, and to help skill-up resources.
+ Stay closely aligned with Partner Sales to help drive business growth
+ Document and map all relevant partner solutions across various industries/OUs to drive adoption with the account teams (i.e. Evangelize Partner Solution to field sales)
+ Account management of Advisory Partners - Creating an ecosystem of highly engaged and qualified Partners

**Top Qualifications**
+ A passion for sales and working with SI & VAR partners.
+ Ability to build relationships, influence, and create trust in a short amount of time across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
+ Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
+ Understand and do what it takes to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
+ Proven ability to develop and coach a Partner/stakeholder/business through a journey
+ Highly focused on execution with proven examples of working in a fast-paced work environment
+ Proven track record to build, lead and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment
**Position Requires:**
+ 4+ years in channel sales or channel management roles focused on Strategic Consulting Partners
+ 2+ years in outbound/inside sales role highly preferred
+ Understanding of how professional service organizations go to market, generate revenue, and implement implementation work
+ Extensive experience with SaaS-based solutions, preferably API Management and Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS)
+ Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams
+ Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex organization
