Part Time Weekend Receptionist - Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Brinton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Glen Mills, PA is seeking to hire a part-time Front Desk Receptionist. The typical schedule is Various days, 3p-8p and every other weekend 8a-4p. Some Holidays may be required.

Previous reception experience is highly preferred.

The duties and responsibilities: Direct telephone calls to the proper extension.

• Provide excellence in customer service when answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel
• Page designated person when the need requires.
• Receive and channel all messages in a responsible manner.
• Greet visitors and vendors
• Alert Office Supervisor if problems arise.
• Send drivers to pick up residents from doctor appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Office Supervisor, as needed.
