Part Time Ticket Office Customer Service Assistant:
Looking for a part-time customer service position within the ticketing area at a university for 6 months? We’ve partnered with a university in the Cambridge, MA area looking to bring on a Part Time Ticket Office Customer Service Assistant to join their team.
This position is a 6-month contract starting at the end of February.
Compensation: $23-24/hr. (temporary)
Days/Hours: Part Time Hours- Anywhere from 21-28/hrs./wk. (30-minute unpaid lunch) (Tuesdays-Fridays), no Mondays. Most days look like this: 10am-12pm- in the admin office, and 12-4pm in the ticketing office

- This will require this person to work in person 4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Processes online orders, conducts and oversees inventory and ticket office audits, processes credit card transactions.
- High level customer service, accurate attention to detail, proficiency with ticket inventory system, Excel, Stripe, Microsoft Office Suite. In-person position.
- Performing in-person sales, ticket order pick-ups, customer inquiries, visitor inquiries.
- Ideally some experience utilizing a ticket inventory system; CyberSource preferred. Must have some ticket sales experience.
- Must have 2-3 years of high-level customer service experience and be comfortable working in a front-facing environment working with staff and student inquiries.
- Strong technical skills- savvy to pick up new application systems and should have basic knowledge of Excel (navigate around the program with ease).
- Prior experience processing online orders.
