You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
- Are at least 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, and are able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus !
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
