We are looking for a friendly and helpful receptionist with integrity and attention to detail to provide support at the reception area located at Grace Rehabilitation and Health Center.
Job Summary:
The receptionist greets and provides support and direction to residents, staff and visitors, manages incoming phone calls, and responds in a professional manner at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct calls to correct areas in a timely manner.
- Update the daily census, transactions and phone directory.
- Greet and screen residents as well as families and the public.
- Make announcements. Sort and forward mail.
- Participates in resident safety at all times.
- Establishes and maintains interpersonal relationships with residents and families assuring confidentiality of resident information.
- Be flexible to work different shifts and fill in when needed.
- Follow the disaster plan and fire procedures as provided.

- Pleasant, Professional, Cheerful and patient.
- Work well under pressure and with others.
- Read and follow schedules, instructions, and labels.
- Perform the physical requirements of the position which include standing and sitting.
- Treat residents, co-workers, visitors and staff with care and respect.
- Protect resident confidentiality by not sharing information.
- Adhere to all Wesbury personnel policies as they apply to the workplace.
