School Psychologist Compensation

• Pay: $53 per hour
• Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

School Psychologist Highlights

• This position offers flexible hours (15–20 hours per week) within the following windows:
  • 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Contract assignment with the potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

School Psychologist Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluation team reports (ETRs) for students with or suspected of having disabilities
• Administer psycho-educational evaluations using assessments such as the Wechsler Intelligence Scale and Behavior Evaluation Scale 3
• Observe students and consult with parents, teachers, and other personnel to support mental health and educational programs
• Maintain compliance with Ohio Department of Education standards and submit required logs and documentation
• Provide insights and recommendations to administration and resolve discrepancies in professional practice

School Psychologist Requirements

• Licensed by the Ohio Department of Education in School Psychology (Ohio Board of Psychology licensure is preferred but not required)
• Proven experience working with adolescents
• Familiarity with adolescent and/or juvenile offender populations is preferred
• Experience working in public school districts as a School Psychologist is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

School Psychologist Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in psychological evaluation and report writing
• Knowledge of security and confidentiality standards in educational settings
