Client Overview:
Our client who is well-known in their industry is dedicated to providing top-notch services. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Sales Representative to join their team and help them expand their reach.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$23/hr – $25/hr
Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Representative with prior experience in cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting products/services to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities of the Part-Time Sales Representative:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Present and promote the products/services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications for the Part-Time Sales Representative:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, with a focus on cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is preferred.
