Tri Pointe Connect, the mortgage affiliate of Tri Pointe Homes, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group in Scottsdale, Arizona as a Part-Time Receptionist.
Position Highlights: The Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors, employees and vendors. The Receptionist will will also provide clerical and office supply/inventory support to the Office Manager. Duties will also include providing administrative/clerical assistance, as needed.
Position is located in our Scottsdale, Arizona Mortgage National Operations Center. This is a part-time position working in the office on Monday - Wednesday, up to 30 hours/week.
Position Responsibilities:
- Offer a positive and friendly first impression as you greet guests, vendors, and team members in the national operations center.
- Act as the point of contact for all team members, new hires, vendors and guests inquires.
- Take initiative to proactively address and answer questions or elevate to Office Manager as appropriate.
- Assist in ensuring conference rooms are cleaned, well stocked, and organized
- Consistently maintain the upkeep of the lobby and break-room space.
- Replenishes kitchen supplies, copier rooms and/or other supplies as needed. Provide inventory control of such supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and leadership teams as needed.
- Distribute deliveries and mail.
- Maintains and updates contact/phone lists.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Enjoy assisting others.
- Able to sit for long periods of time in a single area.
- Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
- Incomparable organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
