About the Job
Chapman Bell Rd. Hyundai is looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team! The Receptionist helps ensure a positive customer experience at the dealership by assisting customers in person and over the phone, and providing clerical support to the sales and business office teams. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, patient and helpful. The Receptionist will report to the Customer Service Manager.

- Dayshift schedule, approximately 28 hours per week
Core Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for assistance
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
- Sort files and documents alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance, etc. and create or update records with new files and information
- Store all paperwork and documents in designated places, ensuring confidential information is safeguarded
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred
- Experience with clerical tasks such as sorting and filing documents is preferred
- Strong communicator; listens carefully and conveys information effectively
- Cooperative, helpful and builds rapport with others easily
- Strong ability to multi task with high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Hours and Work Environment
Hours are 8am – 4pm four days per week, including Saturdays. We can offer some flexibility for weekdays; schedule will be based on the selected candidate’s availability. This onsite role requires working in the sales showroom and the filing room.
