Part-time Receptionist
Twin City Dodge is looking for a part-time receptionist to join our family! This person needs to be friendly, outgoing and enjoy being around the public. This position is often the first contact for many customers; therefore, s/he must represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times. This is also a very fast paced position that requires a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task.

Hours :Monday through Friday: 3:00 - 7:00 and Saturday 9:00-5:00, you will have one Saturday off a month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct incoming calls or walk in customers to the requested person or appropriate department
- May be required to take detailed messages or provide basic dealership information
- Communicate with all customers (whether by phone or in person) in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Direct incoming calls to requested person or appropriate department with a minimal amount of "hold time"
- Answer each call with managements' preferred statement and acknowledge each request in a pleasant manner
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to requested person or appropriate department
- Provide basic dealership information to all callers or walk-in customers
- When appropriate, take detailed messages and deliver them in a timely manner, either handwritten or via voicemail
- Any other duties that management or the employee feels can be productive within the job description guidelines
Qualification:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent communication skills
- Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers, customers and employees
- Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly
- Must be able to judge when employees should and should not be interrupted, e.g. when a sales consultant is with a customer
- Professional personal appearance.
Starting rate of $11.00 per hour for this entry level position.
