Morris Ford is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. Job responsibilities would involve cashing out customers, answering phones, scanning documents and filing invoices. A candidate would need minimal proficiency in math and computer literacy. Attendance, timeliness and the ability to multitask are musts for this role. You would be working in our accounting office and additional automotive or accounting related jobs would evolve as you progress into this position.
You would primarily be working evenings Monday through Thursday from 3 or 4 until 8 and every other Saturday (8-1) to start. Minimum hours you can expect are 12 with as many as 30 available in a given week. Hours can change based upon your schedule with the expectation that your weekly check averages approximately 20 hours. This part time position could graduate into a fulltime role based upon a candidates effectiveness, attendance and effort.
