Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a Part-Time Property Management Coordinator II to work onsite at our Lewes, Delaware office. The primary purpose of this job is to perform intermediate-career administrative and bookkeeping functions that support the Property Management Division of PenFed Realty. The Property Management Coordinator II will assure a high level of professionalism in all business dealings and provide exceptional customer service to property management Agents, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Answer, screen, and direct incoming property management or sales office phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material available for use.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the office via the reception desk.
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Responsible for supporting the administration of month-end reconciliations – maintain billing and payment records for each property.
Coordinate vendor contracts, and schedule maintenance visits as directed.
Process and maintains leases and lease renewals.
Responsible for directing all tenant service requests to the appropriate real estate professional.
Ensure property management files are appropriately stored within the company's proprietary systems.
Collect and maintain certificates of insurance for vendors relating to service and maintenance contracts (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
- Associate’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication including organizational skills.
- Must be self-motivated and work well independently.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English a plus.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
*Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.*
Travel
Limited travel to various worksites is required.
