This is an onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. With strong performance, there is potential for a full-time transition, including a commission structure for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee property-related work orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Digitize and organize property paperwork, maintaining a seamless record-keeping system.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate property and client information.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to company growth.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline administrative processes and ensure project deadlines are met.
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a property management company in Vallejo, California.
Experience Required:
- Must possess a valid California real estate license.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with digital records.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in pursuing sales opportunities is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
