Exciting Opportunity Alert: Join Our Team Part-Time and Get Rewarded!  Are you ready to dive into a fulfilling part-time role? We're thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team on a part-time basis, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8am and 5pm, totaling 20 hours per week.  We're offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

 

 

As a valued Porter, you'll be integral to our team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the pristine appearance of our grounds, community models, vacant units, and public access areas, including the office and clubhouse. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in readying apartments for new residents, ensuring they are meticulously cleaned and prepared after move-out. Key Responsibilities: Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the impeccable condition of our property's grounds, including regular trash removal, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, and tending to landscaping such as watering trees, shrubs, and grass. Facility Upkeep: Keep our facilities in top shape by cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas. This includes tasks such as dusting, washing walls and windows, and replenishing supplies. Assistance with Maintenance Tasks: Assist with various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to lighting, plumbing, drywall, paint, and preventative maintenance. This may involve supporting work orders related to these areas and ensuring their timely completion. Core Maintenance Duties: Engage in core maintenance duties such as preventative maintenance and annual inspections. Prioritize tasks such as garage cleanouts and painting steps to uphold our property's standards of excellence.

 

Valid drivers’ license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
