Position Description: Our San Francisco office is currently seeking a part-time, in-person office assistant to join our administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain administrative work experience in a professional services environment.

Job Summary: The Office Assistant provides in-person, part-time support to the San Francisco office staff 16 - 23 hours per week (flexible Tuesday - Thursday schedule) with a variety of duties.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, binding documents, shipping activities, and running errands.
- Serve as back-up for the Front Desk Receptionist, to include answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Stock various supplies, pick up and deliver office mail.
- Set up conference rooms and clean up after meetings/lunches.
- Perform kitchen duties including loading/unloading dishwasher and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
- Assist Engineering, Accounting, Library/Records, and Marketing Departments on special projects as requested.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and with colleagues at all levels in the organization.
- Good organization, time management and follow-up skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Ability to follow instructions, handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and detail-oriented.
- Computer proficiency - familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is a plus.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or otherwise transport 40-50 lbs.
