Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze accounting transactions and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain the office database.
- Human Resources: Support recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, attendance tracking, salary planning, and compliance with personnel laws.
- Inventory Management: Oversee office inventory and assist with plant inventory alongside the Production Manager and Floor Supervisor.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and reconcile invoices.
- Claims Processing: Handle Worker’s Compensation, health insurance claims, and monthly group statements.
- Policy Improvements: Suggest enhancements to policies, procedures, and office systems.
- Additional Duties: Take on tasks as assigned by leadership.

Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of office management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum high school diploma required (AA Degree in Business Administration preferred).
- Solid experience in payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new software programs.
- A positive, motivated attitude that fosters a productive work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and crouch.
