• Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and timely completion of requests.
• Frontline Representation: Act as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, visitors, and employees, providing a professional and courteous experience while sharing relevant company information.
• Records and Reporting: Maintain and update records, compile data, and generate reports including organizational changes, seating charts, parking passes, and building-related requests.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage deliveries, shipments, and mail operations to ensure smooth office logistics.
• Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed on industry trends and maintain familiarity with internal resources to better support office functions.

The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 3+ years of experience in office administration. 

Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
