Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Handle basic HR paperwork and record keeping
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee files and databases
- Coordinate ordering of office supplies
- Manage vehicle records and maintenance schedules for company fleet
- Prepare reports and handle data entry as needed
Qualifications for the Office Administrator:
- Prior experience in an office administration or HR assistant role
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and policies
- Familiarity with fleet management processes a plus
This Office Administrator role is a part-time position, working approximately 20–25 hours per week. Competitive hourly pay rate based on experience.
