Part Time Office Admin - Tighe & Bond Inc

Where would you step in? 
As a valuable member of our administration team, you will provide support to all levels of technical and operational staff. You will sit in our Rhinebeck, NY office and cover for our new Troy, NY office. This position is part-time, and we would expect that you will work 24 hours per week. 

What will you be doing?
As an Office Administrator, you will assist with projects including opening new projects, preparation of specifications and contracts, and help with preparing RFIs, and addendums. You will also assist our marketing and communications department with proposal preparation and coordinating, transmitting, and logging submittals and RFIs for selected projects. Your administrative responsibility in the New York offices will include greeting guests, scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, working with equipment vendors and building maintenance, and other administrative tasks. You will also help with video conferences and meeting coordination for professional development and training. New hire and onboarding activities will also be part of your administrative responsibility. 

What do you need? 
You will need 0-5 years of experience in an office administration role. An associate degree in a related field would be preferred. You will need to have proficient capabilities in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences. You should have a collaborative personality, a “can do” attitude, and a professional presence. It would be helpful if you had the capability to make independent decisions, manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and have the foresight to address issues as they arise.

Your financial future and wellness 
This position is part time and not eligible for fringe benefits. The hourly rate for this role will be between $19 and $30 per hour, depending on the level of experience.
