Part Time Occupational Therapist - Alliance Health at Baldwinville

Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed long term/rehab care facility located in Baldwinville, MA. We are looking for a part time OT to join our Rehab team.

Responsibilities Include:

Evaluates and screens all resident referrals to the Rehabilitation Department for Occupational Therapy.

Interprets evaluations and may consult with other rehab team members to assess goals and plan of treatment. Works in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop the overall resident care plan.

Establishes a plan of care and treatment in cooperation with and under the prescription of the attending physician.

Job Type: Part-time - 20 hours

Schedule: 4-hour shift, 8-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Baldwinville, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification: Occupational Therapy License (Required)
