Clinician (Mental Health Therapist)
Your Role:
As a Clinician at the OCD Anxiety Centers, your role is integral in supporting and ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of the IOP team and clients, aiming for the highest quality standards. You'll assist in specific departmental tasks, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and effective time management. Collaboration with the team is crucial to maintain treatment fidelity, company policies, and client satisfaction. We seek an individual who embodies leadership, is receptive to feedback, proactively learns specialized treatments, and embraces initiative.
This role supports clients with working hours between 3:30 PM (or later) - 8:00 PM Monday-Friday

Daily Responsibilities:
-
Effective ownership, oversight, and management of clinical, administrative, and facility functions while understanding and contributing to quarterly and fiscal goals for your facility

Ensuring facility is meeting or exceeding compliance standards, as well as policy & procedure adherence

Providing supervision to clinicians, and oversight for behavioral health technicians

Performing mental health assessments, including differential diagnosis, planning, organizing, and implementing lesson plans for group settings, treatment, coordination of treatment, individual psychotherapy with the facility's evidence-based protocol

Maintain a minimum flexible caseload of 12 clients based on facility needs.
Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in a related field
-
Current and unrestricted state licensure
-
2+ years of experience in mental health management

Passion for personal growth and development

Proficiency in clinical modalities and computer skills

Ability to work between the hours of 3:30pm - 8pm Monday-Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with OCD and anxiety treatment

Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy
