Part-Time Loan Clerk Opportunity!

A well-established bank is seeking a Loan Clerk to support its lending operations with clerical and customer service tasks. This role involves processing loan documents, verifying information, handling insurance exceptions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The Loan Clerk will also be responsible for moving loan files to imaging systems, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties related to loan processing and documentation.
• Verify loan details, handle insurance exceptions, and ensure accurate record updates.
• Move loan files and documentation into the bank’s imaging system.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and provide assistance with inquiries.
• Utilize basic computer skills and Microsoft Suite to manage records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience within a financial institution is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
