Part-Time Key Holder for Upscale Resale Boutique - Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC)

Partners In Care is looking for a dependable Key Holder to support our Organization’s Upscale Resale Boutique. You will oversee the sales floor, work closely with volunteers, handle cashiering, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Performing Opening/Closing procedures.

● Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

● Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.

● Support and guide volunteers in their roles on the sales floor.

● Manage inventory placement and maintain visual merchandising standards.

● Ensure a clean, organized environment.

● Other duties as assigned.

 Proven retail or customer service experience.

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to work effectively with volunteers and team members.

● Physical ability to lift or move items up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods

● High school diploma.
