PART-TIME Insurance Sales Representative (P&C License Required) - Waiss Hooser Insurance

The Waiss Hooser Agency is seeking an IN-OFFICE Insurance Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.

We are looking for self-driven individuals who are "A" players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You MUST have your Property & Casualty license. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will provide you with the tools that you need to be successful with our agency. Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads provided by the agency.
• Consistently follow our sales process while developing insurance quotes and close sales.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in our CRM and follow up with prospects accordingly.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Must have your Property & Casualty insurance license.

Must have prior sales experience to apply.

Flexible schedule between the hours of 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday.

Part-time positions (less than 32 hours) available with base pay + uncapped commissions!

Additional BENEFITS available for FULL-TIME employees only (greater than 32 hours per week).
