Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for insurance defense? Are you looking for an exciting part-time opportunity that will leverage your expertise in personal injury, criminal defense, insurance coverage, and depositions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Consulting Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Insurance Defense Attorney, you will:
1. Provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients in matters related to personal injury, criminal defense, insurance coverage, and depositions.
2. Develop and implement effective defense strategies to protect our clients' interests.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide well-informed advice.
4. Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
5. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Insurance Defense Attorney role, you must have:
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on insurance defense.
4. Proven experience in personal injury, criminal defense, insurance coverage, and depositions.
5. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
