- Competitive enter pay range: $18.00-$20.00 an hour, depending on experience and certifications.

What You’ll Do and Who You Are:
Your training will teach you everything you need, but here are character traits you should have from the get-go.
- You’re the honest, likable, energetic, and approachable type, and are able to get along and verbally communicate easily with people at all levels.
- You listen well, have great decision-making skills, and are passionate about your customer focus.
- You’re never short of a smile and take real pride in your work by being resourceful, and accountable, and take initiative.
- You make a great first impression as you are professional and kind in your demeanor and approach.
- You don’t mind getting a little dirty by doing light housekeeping.
- You don’t have to be a gourmet chef but you can prepare a good meal!
Must Haves:
- Preferred six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities)
- successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
- Must have a sympathetic attitude
- Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work
