Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Part-Time HR Generalist (Temp), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Providing HR consultation and support to management and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance.
2. Developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company strategy and legal requirements.
3. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
4. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
5. Conducting regular audits of HR records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and regulations.
6. Participating in the development and delivery of HR training programs for employees and managers.
7. Providing support for various HR projects, such as HRIS implementation, benefits administration, compensation planning, and performance management.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the Consulting Part-Time HR Generalist (Temp) position, candidates must possess the following:
1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, including policy writing.
3. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
7. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is a plus.
