Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, following recipes and culinary standards to ensure exceptional quality and flavor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper food storage, sanitation practices, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to plan and execute menu offerings, contributing creative ideas and suggestions for seasonal specials and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.

• Flexibility to work in different stations of the kitchen as needed, adapting to changing priorities and contributing to the overall success of the culinary team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cook or in a culinary role preferred.
• A passion for cooking and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends (Saturday AND Sunday), and holidays as needed.
