Sparks Group has partnered with a performance art center seeking a part time front desk/customer service agent. This individual must be available to work Tuesday-Thursday 9 am- 6 pm. - MUST be available to work Tuesday-Thursday 9am- 6pm.
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Answer customer questions accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer transactions.
- Manage appointments and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and faxing.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work part time flexible hours.
