Position Title: Front Desk, Administrative Assistant
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (Onsite)
Compensation: $20-$23/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day (morning or afternoon flexibility)
Type: Temporary, 12-13-week contract starting mid-January
Role Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to be the face of our office, providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and team members alike. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your organizational and customer service skills while supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel or meeting areas.
- Manage visitor security procedures, including issuing badges and maintaining the visitor logbook.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is stocked with promotional materials and refreshments.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and respond to routine inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, metering, and managing deliveries.
- Monitor and replenish office supply inventory and process orders as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, assisting with tasks as required.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Abilities: Multitasking, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred.
- Technology: Solid computer skills and familiarity with office systems.
