About the Job
We are searching for a Part-Time Finance Coordinator to join our client’s team! The Finance Coordinator will handle the daily financial operations of the organization, ensuring all financial matters are managed efficiently and accurately. This temporary position is ideal for someone with experience in financial coordination, bookkeeping, and basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and process all incoming and outgoing financial mail.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable & Payable, oversee invoicing, payment processing, and bill tracking using Bill.com.
- Keep accurate financial records, including tracking expenses for staff and volunteers.
- Process check requests and manage spending forms.
- Hold and manage the organization’s credit card, ensuring proper coding and reconciliation of all transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing as needed.
- Act as the main contact for the bookkeeper regarding daily financial transactions.
- Assist with other financial duties as required.
