Our client in Mid-City is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Hours are Mon-Fri 10am-3pm. The ideal candidate is dynamic, motivated, smart, and extremely organized.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing phones & emails
- Maintaining e-files/internal database
- Calendar management & scheduling
- Relationship-building
General requirements:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Zoom, WordPress, etc.)
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
