About the Job
We are looking for a reliable, front-facing customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. You will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Our office staff is the first point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities:

- Interfacing with incoming client requests.
- Scheduling Customer appointments, utilizing scheduling software, creating Service Contracts and forms for jobs, and filing Building Permits as needed.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Ordering, recording, and managing inventory. Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Communicate with the Supervisor as needed and provide updates on essential business functions.
Skills:
- Experience as an office administrator, assistant, manager, or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities-friendly and engaging with a hospitality mindset.
- Excellent, energetic phone voice. Speak clear English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in MS Office programs, QuickBooks, PCs, and computers, and willing to learn dispatching software.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- Ability to lift and carry 40lbs.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Part time.
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: Negotiable
Schedule:
- Week Day shift. (3 to 4 days per week) (times negotiable)
- Tuesday and Wednesday mandatory.
