Part-Time Customer Service Representative Bilingual - Knafl Insurance Agency

The PART-TIME Receptionist position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.

Salary Range: $20000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Mon-Fri Schedule

Evenings Off

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Must have prior office experience
• Telemarketing
