We are seeking a part-time customer service representative with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent task management skills, and be a self-starter.
Requirements
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Manage and maintain client files and records
- Create and manage spreadsheets and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office
- Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Attend client sites as required
- Other related duties as assigned
